Terribly inefficient and rude customer service

I asked Varo Bank to close my account on March 30 in an email because their hold times are entirely too long - an hour or more. I was able to reach them by phone 4 times since then. The first customer service representative told me my cashiers check for my balance would be received by registered mail April 16. A few days later, a different person told me Id get it April 19. A third representative told me April 12 and that it had been sent by regular mail March 30. I spoke to the fourth and final person this morning. She said it went out yesterday and said I wouldnt get the check until April 30. User's recommendation: STAY AWAY.
