Not competent. Overpriced referral service. Can not handle work that I was able to do myself. Wasted money thinking I would save time and ended up doing work on my own appliances myself anyway. Needs to be sued and brought down. Huge scam. Not enough details to post this? Need more words? Their inept third party techs came out and instead of fixing my furnace, they tried to upsell me on duct cleaning. I had to fix my own furnace. You need one hundred words here to post, really. What more can I say - avoid this *** service at all costs. Why do you insist on wasting my time writing one hundred words when I was able to say what I wanted with much less? Point has been made.
