I was assured that I did not need to be present on install. The building was installed in the poorest manner which included several bent sheets, missed anchor bolts, scratches to painted metal, sloppy trim work, trim work lapped different on opposite sides, multiple screws installed missing frame on backside support. To top this off I have missed 2 workdays to be on site only to be informed of cancellations. As far as I can see Eagle Carports has very bad installers and has very little concern for customer satisfaction! It s User's recommendation: Do Not Purchase From anyone selling Eagle Carport structures.
