Terrible website to deal with!

I bought a Christmas present from Gear2GetMe website in early December and their customer service rep promised I'll get it till Christmas but my order did not arrive. Recently when I contacted them they said that my order was shipped and will be here any time soon. I don't have a tracking number to track my order and have absolutely no idea where it is. I asked for a tracking number and they said sure but that was just another lie. I want to cancel my order and get a refund but they refused to do that! Terrible website to deal with!
