Terrible Support from Helpdesk

Arlo is blaming complete camera/base station failure on my internet provider Comcast and Comcast says it's Arlo's problem because I have plenty of Wi-Fi Signal strength. Instead of trying to contact Comcast to work out a solution together Arlo has essentially told me they can't do anymore. End result - four cameras and one Doorbell camera that are inoperable and good for nothing. User's recommendation: Buy from another provider.
