This company does not process returns - they simply deny the product is received and will not refund your money. I had to open a case with my bank regarding the item I bought from them. Short version: they sent me the wrong size (seem to do this a lot according to other reviews), then when I returned it they claim to have not received the package (even thought they emailed me the label) and wont refund the money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND STRESS OUT with extremely poor customer service that has no real knowledge of their own internal process or the ability to take action. Further more, the person I spoke to had poor english and I had to repeat myself many times throughout the call while the lady asked "wa you mea" Which I assumed meant "what do you mean"
