Terrible service/no service 2 stores back to back same night

I went your Hamilton NJ store to purchase a family meal with $15 incentive. Doors locked sight drive Thur only. Went thru drive thru and was told system was down no service available. I check to see where the closest Boston Mart was so I can bring home dinner. I drive 6 miles across Trenton to go to your Ewing Store. I go thru the line and ask for a family chicken and rib diner. There response was that they had no chicken and had no ribs. I then drove to Popeyes pick up diner. That was a poor testament to your organization compounded by the total indifference I was subjected to. User's recommendation: Just be prepared for poor customer service when things happen go wrong.
