Terrible Service makes up own rules

1

Refinancing a mortgage in which one of us is Military in Japan. We used a notarized Power of Attorney when we bought the house. No witnesses are required at closing for the State of Texas. We've owned the house for Ten years and decided to refinance/no cash out to lower interest rate and term. Amrock is requiring two witnesses! Why? This entire process has been nothing but a headache! I will not recommend using Rocket Mortgage/Quicken or Amrock!!! User's recommendation: Don’t do it!!!! You’ll be sorry.
