I have tried to send a complaint for over a month, but it wouldnt go through. The day before Easter I went to this restaurant on Green River Rd. and ordered 2 spaghettis with extra meat sauce and 4 extra breadsticks. I paid extra for them, but when I got home I didnt have either. I called the restaurant the day after Easter and was told by the manager they would not refund my money because it had been more than one day. She was very unsympathetic or willing to do anything about it. She finally said she would send me a coupon, which she never did. If thats the way your company does business I will not be going back. I have been a customer for years. Thank you.
