Terrible service/Customer service is a joke/TV service is poor

I went in to pay my bill, and there was not a screen for adding your bank account. So my bank reversed the charge. Only info is routing number and bank number(STUPID). They charged me a insufficient funds fee. Trying to deal with their customer service is a JOKE, but not funny. Do not use this company for anything. USELESS!!!! User's recommendation: Don't do it. Huge mistake.
