I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my anniversary, to be delivered to my wife. I paid for express delivery (before 2pm) and the flowers ended up arriving at around 5:20pm, even thought I had received an email at 3:24pm that the delivery was confirmed/completed. The quality of the flowers was terrible. It did not look like what I had seen online, and half the flowers in the arrangement were droopy and dying. The company refunded my express delivery fee, but the fact is that I felt duped throughout the whole experience, despite the fact that I spoke with customer service on the phone three separate time the day of the delivery. I will never use them again, and my only advice to anyone reading this is: Do Not Use this company!
