Terrible rude customer service from a sarcastic store manager (Name Adam)

withMarch 10, 20 I purchased Epson XP-4100 printer from BrandsMart U.S.A. 12801 W Sunrise Blvd Sunrise Fl 33323. The manager Ms. Jessica Diaz, a very professional and customer friendly representative that sold me the printer. I was very happy with her attitude toward me. I was using the printer at home feeling good about the Epson XP, then the unlikely happen the printer begin to overuse the ink carriage and double printing on the paper, or not printing at all. I check the ink. The ink was running out on the paper. I decided to take the printer back to BrandsMart. At the same time, The Corvid 19 took over the country. I live in a condo where we were put on lockdown for our health. In the meantime, my printer was not printing. I kept replacing the ink. Nothing resolved the problem. Today (June 23, 2020) I went to BransMart address mention above. I was treated with so much disrespect and hostile attitude by Mr. Adam the manager. Mr. Adam made sarcastic remarks and said you have had this printer beyond our return policy. He put the printer back into the box a waked away. I called the corporate phone number spoke with a customer service person who told me to call back tomorrow and ask for the store manager. (Mr. Neil) but he would not speak to me until I spoke with Mr. Gavin or Mr. Dufan. And end the conversation with me. I was so amazed at the behavior of the way I was treated by BrandMart staff. I said after all the problems that we are experiencing! with the Covid 19. User's recommendation: Ask for the Store Manager and get his or her name.
