Contacted roadside assistance yesterday 24 hours ago...first tow truck showed up after four hours but declined to tow car to dealer....in the next 20 hours talked to roadside assistant 5 differs time was assured some one would be there shortly ...no one showed up...talked again to jake and he was sorry will have someone there shortly...it’s been 2 hours and jake will not return my calls ....what is wrong with MERCEDES...looks like they have checked out ...I own three now but will never buy another one ...I expect a call at 713-816 -****....
