Terrible refund process service

The delay of refunding and the process is a pure disgrace. If they need a few second to take the money on the bank account as payment by card, it takes ages, as so far ages are not done yet, to refund 3 orders made on March 11th.... From chatting customer service agents who keep asking the same questions again and again - maybe they do not have system to record orders and payments - and giving endlessly the same answer "refund are to be process 7 t0 10 days" and blaming the bank for delays.... The money of the 3 orders is still not here on my bank account, Then they escalated it to management, one called me, saying the same thing again and again and today one, scared, sent me an email providing me the same incoherent answers. But is my money is another thing ? So bad, so unprofessional, .. so *** (oups I said it)
