Store did not have my size,,,they ordered them for me,,,days later when I could not get any information using the Tracking information I called customer service and found out they canceled the order,,,I asked "just when were you ever going to let me know that??" and then I was told they would issue a "refund check" in about 2-3 weeks! 2-3 WEEKS !! I asked why so long? Their answer "It's our policy"...I said "so it's your policy to hold someone's money that long when you know you don't have the product?"....and yes, it's their policy and I am still waiting for that refund check!
