Ordered many plants from Suttons and was really disappointed with my purchase. Some plants were missing! The condition of the plants I did received was very poor. I called Suttons customer service and spoke to a lady which was truly unprofessional and very impolite. I said that I was not happy with my order and asked for at least a partial refund, but she said that it was not possible. Then I asked about the missing plants and she said that I received everything what I paid for.
