Terrible Purchase Experience so far

We have been trying to buy a ring from Cartier for just over a month to give as a gift on August 25th. We went to the boutique in mid-July where they said they see customers by appointment only and there were no appointments available before the end of August. So, I ordered it online because it said the item would be delivered by August 19th. I had not heard back from Cartier Online regarding my purchase or shipping so I called them today only to hear that the delivery date is an estimate only and to call them back if it does not arrive by August 19th. Incredible!! Staples does a better job. User's recommendation: Buy from another retailer.
