Terrible Online ordering process and customer service
Every ordered food from a place and arrived when it was ready - only to be locked out of the building and forced to wait in a drive in line to receive your food 45 min. after it was packaged! I did... You would expect some sort of apology when the food was handed to you, but none came from Taco Cabana - Not even a response from their customer service... User's recommendation: Done online order and pre-pay! Leave open the option to abandon the order!
