WILL NOT CONTACT ME BACK ABOUT A DAMAGED PIECE OF FURNITURE! I had them move my business 1.2 miles down the street in Hanover, ma MARCH 28th 2016. I noticed that they damaged a door on a storage cabinet a day after the move. I called and e-mailed them pictures. IN A NUTSHELL....I spoke to 2 different people who both said they would look into it AND call me back... I resent the pictures of my damages twice. I HAVE YET TO HEAR BACK! Also, I was told that I would NOT be charged a travel fee and I was! What can I do? THEY DO NOT CARE AND WILL NOT RESPOND! Direct Line 1-78*-937-9797...THIS IS THEIR SITE.. they are a franchise so I want to make sure i'm reviewing the right company!
