Terrible in-person, great on mobile

It’s been a pain to get an appointment with my local banker for years. I simply cannot get anyone on the phone in order to even set the appointment up a week in advance. They are so unresponsive when calling them that I gave up trying. On the other hand, their mobile application and online helper are one of the best. They beat even some of the more customer-oriented mobile apps. They give you all the clues and ways to manage your account from the comfort of your own smartphone.

I'm happy that I paid off the loan and closed my account with this ... bank. Look for another bank advice from the bottom of my heart
