Update by user Sep 26, 2019 EVERY TIME I CALLED FOR SERVICE NOBODY REPLIED-OVER 5 DAYS!!!! ONE OF THE TECHS STATED THE OWNER WAS RUDE AND STATED I HAD NO WARRANTY- THE 2K includes pain and suffering for my wife as well as the cost of the warranty which was never honored,I will seek punitive damages if no settlement is agreed upon Original review posted by user Sep 26, 2019 contract said limited lifetime warranty- They refused to lift a finger
