We were told by a sales rep that they would be able to accommodate us with whatever we needed to order and would get our own order rep. None of this was true, most of what we needed to order was the same price or more expensive than amazon or Costco and now we keep getting the run around with trying to cancel our account and continue to get charged a subscription fee.
