Lady Lake, Fl Longhorn. We and a friend had a 2-2.30 pm lunch. We told waiter we wanted to order from the dinner menu,as we ALWAYS do. Appetizer was lukewarm Tonion petals, followed by 2 strip steaks- one sent back that was inedible- and order changed to large Flo Filet (charged full price) Salads ordered-no cheese and croutons- came with extra cheese and croutons. Dinners came 2 minutes after salads were served. Waiter charged lunch price and added sides. Total, 3 disasters- $29 and $$42=$71 User's recommendation: We were great customers - depends on management. I expect full compensation. We always have been good customers.
