They couldn't turn on Pool Heat until 3 days after we arrived and they insisted on charging us $100 per day for the whole week for the heat plus fees and tax. The unit had lights that didn't work, ladder was broken on bunk bed which caused my 7 year old to fall, and in general they were not responsive! We found rental through VRBO. User's recommendation: avoid turnkey rental.
