Terrible experience with return

I made two large orders in March, 48 hours apart online. After I got some of the items I decided a few of them were not the right fit or poor quality and returned a few. I Consolidated and put them in one package with their pre-addressed label. But thereafter, the only credited some of the items and when I called today, they told me that I have returned some of the items beyond their 60-day policy and therefore if they could issue no refund. Meanwhile, they received the items back and I don't have them so it's a windfall for them. The rude customer service manager was very condescending and just kept saying I'm sorry man but that's our policy. It was a logical and not the standard with other catalog companies, I order a lot from this company but they just lost all my business!!
