Unreachable for over 6 hours. Emergency number not in service past the recorded message. Finally, a response but cannot explain why unable to get through to the emergency number. Actually implying that I did not try numerous times. Not to mention every message left on every option about their emergency number not reachable. User's recommendation: Please choose another company very bad customer service.
