Terrible difficulties in getting the tickets I purchased

Update by user Mar 10, 2020 This is the story of a runaround from a ticket reseller, where I eventually got my tickets at home at the exact time the event was starting and so would arrive late. Still, I DID get my tickets.A month ago, I bought two tickets to a Cubs/Reds spring training baseball game in Las Vegas from TicketSales.com. I received an order confirmation with delivery noted as electronic transfer. Receiving nothing by a few days before the game, I called and asked about the tickets. I was told that the tickets had been sent; but they were not shown in the Ballpark app. I was given a number to call the MLB and ask for technical support. They told me that the cannot help with ticket issues. I was then given a number to call the Cubs, where they informed me that they have nothing to do with this exhibition game tickets. On the third call to TicketSales.com, Ieventually tI was routed to the After a runaround from some agents, I finally got to a rep who informed me that the tickets would come into the MLB's Ballpark app on my cell phone 24-4 hours before the game. As of 1.5 hours before the game, there were no tickets in my Ballpark app account. Calling, the first agent dithered, made changes in my account, and put me on hold and never returned. Calling again, the next agent tried to help but could not, saying that the Ballpark app was the only delivery method. With frustration rising more and more, I got to a supervisor who eventually had me create several other accounts, including a special TicketMaster account (note: not the Ballpark app!), into which the tickets finally came at 1:05 p.m.--game time! I asked for a rebate since I would miss half the game. After a pathetic offer of 5% per ticket ($0, I left and asked for an email with a better rebate. They never came through with anything. If this is what you might want to experience, feel free to use TicketSales.com. If not, think otherwise.Yes, the tickets were marked up tremendously, but I wanted to go to the game. The BBB website says of TicketSales.com: Believed to be out of business:Mail sent to the business on 08/31/2018 was returned by the U.S. Postal Service as Undeliverable as Addressed.BUT I can attest that they still exist.
