TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE – WON’T SUBMIT CLAIMS

Never use this company. I tried to submit a tire claim for the last 3 weeks. They did not state that their claims line hours changed from 9am-8pm to 830am-5pm. They did not state this on the voicemail they left stating "you have reached us after hours, good bye." When I finally got in touch with them on 4/5, my policy expired on 3/31, they stated i had to resubmit all policy documents as it was no longer in their system, BUT THEIR SYSTEM SHOWS MY EXPIRATION DATE OF 3/31. The tire trouble started on 3/6 and they stated they would cover it because I was covered at the time and have been trying to contact. I have been on and off the phone with customer service trying to figure this out and help this process along, and even my club and garage has been working on this. The 2 ladies on the phone were treating me like i was dumb, stating the policy that was effective expired 3/31, then 10 minutes later stating i am not in the system. IF YOU SEE THE POLICY RIGHT THERE THEN HOW CAN YOU SAY I AM IN THE SYSTEM. User's recommendation: STICK WITH TRIPLE A OR YOUR INSURANCE - not this joke.
