Took more than one hour to place order, highly inefficient customer service, would not honor discount listed on site for that day, told me it could take a week for email discount code, waited for customer service again. They do not know what they are doing. Then checked product reports and their products are poorly made. I called them 3 hours later to cancel the order; they told me I could not do that . I am going to cancel through American Express instead. Sent letter to them, returned for " wrong email address" even though it was the one they gave me. Called again for correct address; they would NOT give it to me! Highly disreputable company.
