Terrible customer service/shady practices

worst customer service. its worth it to pay more and buy an alternative app just so you dont have to deal with their customer service practices and rude employees. they claim to be based in Santa Clara, CA bit it is impossible to speak with someone from america. all customer service reps seemed to be middle eastern and refuse to connect you to a manager or supervisor. i scheduled a callback from a manager and never received the call. then called back to let them know and request another callback. they assured i'd be contacted withing 10min and, again, i never heard back from then at which point the stopped answering my cUYER BEWAREbBalls. then User's recommendation: BUYER BEWARE.
