I ordered a pizza and when I received it, the pizza was not what I ordered. I asked the manager to bake me another pizza and he told me that he wasn’t going to make another for me. The manager was very rude and started to tell me how he was trained to make pizzas. I thought if I waited patiently that he would make me another pizza but that did not happen after waiting for over an hour. I have been ordering pizzas from Conans Pizza for over 20 years plus and I cannot believe the rude and condescending way I was treated by the manager at the Anderson Lane location on October 2, 2017, Saturday evening. I could not believe after coming to this place since the 1990’s that this manager could make things miserable for me. I am an African-American male living in Austin, Texas since 1987.
