During my visit at the Norwood location in Jacksonville I observed the store manager fix and bag my food, when I got home I noticed that I was short of wings. I contacted the store and the manager was very rude and unprofessional. She did not apologize for the mistake instead she hung up in my face. I dont recommend this location to anyone. User's recommendation: Don’t recommend!!
