Terrible customer service and pricing

I have been a customer for 15 years. This has not been by choice. From the beginning the customer service has been terrible, double charging, not delivering propane twice a year as agreed upon, but also they did not let me know until last year that I could arrive at a fixed price for propane/year and that I have been paying. $.25-30/lt than my neighbours. They are overcharging me again for 2021. pro prp User's recommendation: SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND GO ELSEWHETE.
