Terrible customer service. I ordered two weeks ago and I havent heard anything about my package even being shipped. Theres no contact info on the site and I am pretty sure this is a scam. I am going to get my credit card to refund my money and try and get this place shut down. All my Christmas gifts were ruined because of this company. It is a cute concept but they need a customer service group to at least inform their customers of any delays. They were super quick to charge my card almost two hundred dollars.
