Original review updated by user Jul 19, 2021 I have used my Shark upright Steamer a TOTAL OF 5 TIMES in as many years and it no longer works!!!! They no longer make the part I need and could only offer me a 30% discount on a new model.. The accessories are still in plastic!!! I paid almost $100 for this worthless steamer and they want me to buy a new one for $65 with discount..Thats $30 less than I paid for the one that wont work!!!!! SHARK SUCKS! PIECE OF **** PRODUCTS! Dont bother calling CS either to give them a poor rating would be a compliment! Rather hit my head against a brick wall! Better satisfaction Im sure!!!! BEYOND PISSED!! User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
