Ordered a mower on May 20 to replace a broken piece of *** they originally sent. 8 weeks later, still no mower. I have contacted them numerous times by waiting multiple hours each time for a response on their web chat. Each time the answer I am given is the expected delivery is 4-6 weeks. Each week without the mower costs me cash to have my lawn cut by a service, cost has exceeded the price of the mower.DO Dd User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY WORX PRODUCTS POOR QUALITY TERRIBLE SERVICE.
