The mortgage customer service department is terrible, stupid and rude. If they don't know the answer they give you *** It's citizens's way or no way. They rip you off with mysteries fees and escrow lies. The branch can't even take a mortgage payment! The branch is more than happy to help with a mortgage application, then that's it and you have to deal with ignorant and rude customer service via phone! DO NOT BANK WITH CITIZENS!
