Terrible and stupid customer service rep

Return wrong color item. Toile sheets you sent grey I ordered blue. The woman was crazy asking for a photo to be emailed. I JUST WANT TO RETURN THE SHEETS AND HAVE YOU SEND THE COLOR I ORDERED!!!! She didn't offer any info about how to ship it back. There's no info on your packing slip. It is the shoddiest customer service I've ever had the displeasure to deal with. Thanks for screwing up my order for screwing up mymy orderorder User's recommendation: Forget rulala.

》 Awful. I tried to cancel my order 2 minutes after I placed it. I couldn’t cancel. The order had to be shipped to me so I could return it. Then..they give me a store credit only.
