FIRST OF ALL YESTERDAY AT 12:20 PM PACIFIC STANDARD TIME I CALLED YOUR PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT WERE FROM THIS EMAIL , IT LOOKS AS IF YOU DON'T KNOW YOUR JOB AND THERE'S NO COMMUNICATION OR NOBODY WRITES NOTES ON ACCOUNT. I WAS ON THE PHONE W ONE YOUR REP. AND I CALLED MY VET'S OFFICE AND WE HAD 3 WAY CONVERSATION IN REGARDS TO THE AUTHORIZATION. MY VET FAXED OVER THE OK TO YOUR PLACE EMPLOYMENT AND THE REP. TO WHOM I WAS SPEAKING WITH RECEIVED THE FAX. IN YOUR FAX MACHINE AT ALLIVET. AT 1:55 PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME. THE REP. STATED THAT SHE WOULD EXPEDITE THE ORDER W SHIPPING AND INFORM THEM OF THE URGENCY. SO THAT THEY CAN OVERNIGHT FOR TODAY, SAT. ALSO THAT SHE STATED THAT SHE WOULD EMAIL ME. NONE OF THAT HAPPENED. SO NOW MY PET WILL BE WITHOUT HER MED FOR 3 DAYS. OH, WELL..... BOTTOM LINE SHE DON'T GIVE A DAM. AND SHE JUST TOLD ME WHAT I WANTED TO HEAR ! SHE ALSO THROUGH IN THAT SHE TRIED TO CALL MY VET BUT PAUL DID NOT ANSWER, NEWS FLASH, THEY ARE OFF SAT. AND SUNDAY ( GOOGLE IT ) ANOTHER SPECIAL EMPLOYEE AT ALLIVET ! WONDERFUL! DID YOU COPY AND PASTE HER EMAIL TOO?? ALSO SHE STATED THAT THEY DON'T DO OVERNIGHT ON SATURDAYS. GREAT EXAMPLE OF ANOTHER SPECIAL MEMBER TO WHOM I SPOKE TO YESTERDAY THAT SAID OTHERWISE. " HEY, IT'S NOT PET,SO WHY WOULD SHE CARE??? MAYBE IT'S TIME TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER JOB???? SO BASICALLY SHE EITHER LIED OR DID NOT KNOW ABOUT THE NO SATURDAY DELIVERIES. I WONDER HOW MANY YEARS SHE HAS BEEN EMPLOYED AT ALLIVET? ( I'M GUESSING 5 YEARS } WHAT A SHAME !! ANY THOUGHT ON YOUR SPECIAL AGENTS WORKING AT ALLIVET ??? THEN AT 7:59 ANOTHER SPECIAL AGENT OF ALLIVET EMAILED ME ABOUT A CHARGE OF $77.00 THAT I WAS CHARGED FOR VETORYL TO WHICH I MENTION YESTERDAY. AGENT STATED THAT THE $77.00 WAS A CHARGE FROM THE LAST ORDER ON 11/22/19 FOR ANOTHER MED. I SENT HIM A REPLY ALONG WITH AN ATTACHED ORDER PIC. FROM ALLIVET . I'M LOOKING AT THE ORDERS . 11/22/19 CHARGE WAS $57.18 NOT $77.00. DOES HE NOT HAVE ACCESS TO LOOK AT MY ACCOUNT AND SEE ORDER ID AND CHARGES ON ACCOUNTS?? ANOTHER SPECIAL TEAM MEMBER OF YOURS . SUGGESTION. I BELIEVE YOU ALL SHOULD HAVE THE FACTS AND INFO KNOW SO THAT YOU DON'T SEND CLIENTS EMAILS OF THIS SORT. GIVING INCORRECT INFO TO CLIENTS MAY AFFECT THERE PETS HEALTH ( NOT A GOOD LOT FOR ALLIVET AND ALL THE SPECIAL TEAM MEMBERS YOU HAVE ??? ) I THINK A TRAINING COURSE WOULD VIDAL FOR ALL SPECIAL MEMBERS? DOES THE MANGER KNOW ANY OF THIS OCCURRENCE? AFTER ALL YOUR DEALING W LIFE SAVING MEDICATIONS FOR CLIENTS WITH SICK PETS THEY LOVE. I WOULD THINK THAT YOU WORK AT ALLIVET,, BECAUSE YOU LOVE ANIMALS ??? MY BELLA HAS 2 CONDITIONS. CUSHING AND HEART MURMUR. BASICALLY TERMINAL CONDITIONS. SHE HAS TO BE ON MEDS HER ENTIRE LIFE. SO MISSING 2 DAYS OF NOT TAKING HER MEDS CAN AFFECT HER CONDITION AND SHORTEN HER LIFE SPAM. SHE IS 10 YEARS OLD. THESE CONDITIONS BASICALLY ACCORDING TO MY VET HAVE A LIFE EXPECTANCY OF 2 TO 4 YEARS. DEPENDING OF THE ANIMAL. SOME EARLIER. THAT'S THE MAIN REASON I CHOSE TO GIVE HER MEDS PRESCRIBED BY MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL RATHER THAN GO THE HOLISTIC WAY OR JUST WAIT AROUND. I LOVE AND ADORE MY BELLA AND I WANT HER AROUND AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. EVERYDAY BELLA IS A BLESSING JUST KNOWING AND HAVING HER W ME. I'M ALSO A DISABLED PERSON W MANY MEDICAL CONDITIONS. BELLA IS MY LIFESAVER AND BRINGS JOY TO MY LIFE AND IS A VITAL PART OF MY EVERYDAY HEALTH. BASICALLY IT'S LIKE BEING HIV OR HAVING CANCER FOR PEOPLE! A LITTLE COMPASSION AND BEING WELL INFORMED IS EXTREMELY VIDAL WHEN WORKING IN ALL MEDICAL FIELDS. I HOPE I WAS AB;E TO INFORM YOU WITH THE ACCURATE INFORMATION. I'M PAYING FOR THE MEDS. THEY GET PAID FOR DOING A JOB, SO PUT SOME EFFORT IN WHAT YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES SHOULD BE. YOU HAVE PEOPLES BELOVED PETS LIFE'S IN STAKES. THIS IS NOT WALL MART! YOU DEAL W MEDICATION FOR PETS THAT ARE SICK AND HAVE TERMINAL DIAGNOSES THAT ARE A LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. I DON'T APPRECIATE OR WILL.TOLERATE MISINFORMED INFORMATION. GET INFORMED AND SHOW SOME INITIATIVE IN YOUR JOB. CUSTOMERS DEPEND ON ALLIVET AND STAFF FOR THE SAFETY AND WELLNESS OF THERE LOVED PETS. I WOULD APPRECIATE IF YOU MAY SPREAD THIS AROUND TO YOUR TEAM. PUT YOURSELF IN OUR SHOES FOR A MINUTE. ALSO PUT YOUR PERSONAL BELIEFS AND DISLIKES AT HOME.
