Terrible after service

I purchased k4 pressure washer last spring. Only used it twice. On using it this year we found a fault. Took 3 days to get thro. Arranged a swap. Took days holiday for delivery. It did not arrive. Been trying now for another 3 days to sort this out. Unable to get thro. No one replying to my emails. Shocking service. Will never buy this ptoduct again
