I had a loan that they changed the due date and raised my payment then they said I was late . I complained to the Better Business they told me I could do a 25 year loan with added interest so I paid it of the amount they told me on the phone that was 228.94 then the next month I received another bill saying I owed 19.03 so I paid another 19.03 then the next month for 01. These people are rip offs . I sur be refunded for 19.03 since I was told my payoff was 228.94 > I have told this company that I have been battling lung cancer since 2006 but they don't seam to care as long as they can rip you off
