Termite Treatment

I spoke to a customer service representative on 8/3/21 concerning the termite treatment completed incorrectly and needing additional services for more treatment at a specific area. I was told they made an appointment; however, nothing was completed. Called again on 8/14/21 and was told by a different customer service representative that no one scheduled an appt. & so she forwarded my information to a manager to call me before Wednesday, 8/18/21. Today is 8/21/21 and I never received a phone call from a manager. I called customer service again and was told there were no managers available to speak over the weekend and I could not receive any numbers to call either due to needing managers to give consent to giving out their numbers. I was told that an appt. could be completed on Thursday 8/26/21; however, when I requested a specific time she said that she could not promise that they could come out at that time. I requested another day and was told they were fully booked; however, she could request to see if they could come out, but again she could not promise that it would be completed. Given that it has been 3 weeks, almost 4, and termite treatment is not something to postpone for a live hotspot of termites, this calling back and forth and not receiving a response, has finally resulted in my complaint today.
