After looking up numerous reviews of this company before conducting a government move, I told DMO I did not want this company. They told me too bad and I got stuck with them. They broke soo much stuff that it's mind blowing. Daughter's crib, fishing poles, curtain rods, dresser, end tables, picture frames, etc....DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY MOVE YOU. Tell DMO TO SHOVE IT. I have filed a claim over a week ago and still have not heard anything from them. Before u go to the mandatory DMO class make sure you already have a moving company in mind that you want. You are allowed to pick your own company. They told me that the excuse of them having bad reviews is not good enough. I hope this helps save someone else from this pain. After serving almost 11 years in you would think they would treat you a little better.
