Terminal hold on my business account

I am trying to find out how to add other accounts to "my account" business account. I have now been on hold several times for over 30 minutes by phone and today i have been on hold with live chat for 17 minutes as well. Glad I don't have an emergency. User's recommendation: You will pay an outrageous amount for electricity and get little or no customer service unless you can do it on line.
