I am a long customer of OOMA, my phone 718-649-**** 1. My black TELO frequently refuses to work. To return it to working action it is requested long time of changing the color and speed of blinking of main TELO figure. Color changed from red with changing of frequency and intensity of blinking till color go to blue when TELO begin to work. This process requested long time and annoying. Some time I am forced to change input of Internet from router or switch power of TELO. Should I change my TELO on new one or to do anything else? 2. What is the difference between Black and White TELO? User's recommendation: to get responses on my two questions about TELO job before bueing.
