The problems I have had with this company go back many months and I am really getting to the end of my tether. I have never been treated so badly or rudely in my life, by any company. Firstly, I had no broadband services for the first few months of my so called contract, with no explanation. I cancelled my contract after many attempts to contact them by phone, spending many of my lunch breaks trying to get through to their virtually non existent customer service, which is rudely and badly managed. I eventually spoke to a nice lady who persuaded me to stay with them but I do not know why I did it. my phone was cut off several times for no reason even after I thought things had been sorted out. I talk are still trying to take money from my account and have done, even after I cancelled direct debits. They will not take my emails and I have told them that I will be forced to take legal action if they do no stop this harassment. This is only a brief synopsis of what has gone on over the months. All I wanted was a fair telephone and broadband service and Italk is definitely not the company who are capable of providing this. So be warned people out there
