Technician’s inability to do job properly

My appt was set for 8am-12pm on 7/26/21..and per the contract, it is the technician's responsibility to call 30mins prior to his arrival or to call when he/she is on their way. I had a friend nice enough to go to my house to sit and wait for the time slot, but she was stuck in traffic and showed up 5mins after 8am. Tech showed up at 8:01am and left without calling! UNACCEPTABLE and unprofessional. His name is Alex B. His inability to follow instructions to call first has cost me another week. It has been over 2 months that I have had a working fridge. Poorest custemer service. User's recommendation: *** NO.
