Technical support for my tv

I wanted to find out how to adjust the volume on my Sony TV as it is too loud at the #1 setting. The agent sent me 3 emails with the same link, but it was not appropriate. In addition, he sent me a link to a place where I could send an email with my question, but it would not accept my TV model number. I am in the same place as I started but feeling very frustrated, as I still don't have an answer or know where to find it. User's recommendation: don't waste your time with Sony customer support.
