I was using TeamViewer 8 Business . Later I changed it to Annual subscription plan by invoice number [protected] on 31st May 2021. My email id is [protected]@yahoo.com I have not been able to use new teamviewer these days. When I go to activate my licence it says "The username and password you entered do not match any accounts on record" When I click on "forgot password" and type my email id as "[protected]@yahoo.com" it says "Your request has been processed. You will receive an email with instructions for changing your password" but no mail comes. I am also user of TeamViewer 11 Corporate. I have also changed it to annual subscription plan by invoice number [protected] on 12th May 2021. This was also on [protected]@yahoo.com but due to conflict of mail id, I changed it to later [protected]@kalasoftech.com. It is working Please help me for activation of my business licence.
