The presentation was factual. It was not high pressure to sell. The product sold itself. The installation crew worked efficiently. They made sure I understood how to open and close the window and remove the screen. They worked as a team from the removal of the old windows to the installation of the new. They removed any furniture in front of the window and put it back in place. Curtains were removed and rehung. They cleaned all glass and window seals. No trash was left on the premises when they left. Very good work ethics by all workers. Loved the view from my new windows.
